*spotted at SHBO which now has their own FaceBook page! Why not become a fan and encourage Pete and Scott as they enter the 21st century of birding!

I’m flummoxed. I “get” the bumper sticker. But I have no clue what it means. I googled it and all I got was a blog from someone on Bainbridge Island – not far from me – a now quite ritzy “suburb” of Seattle. And they were whining about people who have “Beautiful Bainbridge Island” bumper stickers!
As to your post about the flower show. Do you mean if you move that little camera dial off of AUTO that you can actually take pictures??? Frightening! How you boldly dare to go ….
Rabbits Guy:
Pete Dunne is THE Birder Extraordinaire of the East. VP. of New Jersey Audubon, Director of the Cape May Bird Observatory, award-winning author, inventor of The World Series of Birding (and star of the documentary “Opposable Chums: Guts & Glory at The World Series of Birding”), tour leader, educator, and extraordinarily nice guy.
Not a bad resume…
Cape May…the House that Pete Built. ๐ That’s funny as hell, Laura.
Word Verification: mobea As in: “Hey, Tony! We need some mobea ova hea.”
@ Susan: I think I’d give that honor to Witmer Stone. Pete’s just the current caretaker.
(and you want funny, you shoulda seen the photo of the photographer! ๐
